Shipping Information

We require 24 hours to process ready to ship orders. Before a parcel leaves our studio, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. Each item is then carefully packed and sent to our customers via courier.

Local/Mumbai — 2-3 working days - free. Express next-day delivery Rs. 150
Rest of India— 3-6 working days - free delivery to major cities, with an additional charge for more remote locations or express deliveries.
International Deliveries – 5-7 working days via courier. Charges, vary between Rs 600- 3000, depending on the size and weight of the item, and destination country. Please contact us directly for a quote. Customers for overseas orders are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country of delivery. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately upon receipt.

Returns & Exchanges

At Sharnita Nandwana, each dress is made-to-order especially for you. Our products are therefore non-returnable or exchangeable. We strongly advise our customers to get in touch with us before placing an order should they require any further information about the garment they are interested in. In the case of custom-made bridal wear and gowns, our team will most likely get in touch with each customer prior to production to ensure we have all the requisite information to deliver a perfect product.

• Colors - We have tried to the best of our ability to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
